Life Threatening Conditions

All students with life threatening conditions such as asthma, seizures, and severe allergies, need to have an Emergency Care Plan, Medication Authorizations and medications such as inhalers an epi-pens if needed.  All of these need to be turned into the school health room before they can attend school.
