Medication at School


Medication at School

Strict laws and policies govern the administration of medications to students in the school setting.  If your child needs either prescription or nonprescription (over the counter) medication, the school needs a medication authorization form on file.  This form is to be filled out and signed by both parent and health care provider.  All medication is to be brought to school by an adult not a student and in its original container.  For any questions about medication at school, please contact the School Nurse at 360-866-5912.
